An image was made and lent to Nancy Russell and
Harry Maule, editor, of which each of the 134 limited
editions received a copy as described on the
previous page.
After the printing of the 134 editions, the next and
all other additions contained this image in both the
front and back of the book. The image was cropped
approximately 25% off the left-hand side which
eliminated Russell’s signature.
